About
I’m passionate about helping people find the confidence and courage to face life’s challenges and uncover their true calling. My goal is to support you in creating a rich, meaningful life, one that is grounded in your values, openness, and self-acceptance.
With multiple internationally recognized coaching certifications, I am deeply committed to the transformative power of coaching. Over the years, my journey also led me to discover Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a groundbreaking third-wave approach to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. From the moment I encountered ACT, I was captivated by its potential to create profound and lasting change. This inspired me to further my training as ACT practitioner, integrating its unique and empowering perspective into my work.

ACT has the ability to transform how we view life in meaningful and impactful ways. My passion for this field continues to grow as I pursue a bachelor’s in psychology, which complements my work with private clients.
Before transitioning into coaching and therapy, I was the founder and owner of a successful wine company in the yachting industry. Wine had always been a deep passion of mine, as well as the exploration of human potential and personal growth. In 2014, I became the 100th woman in the world to be awarded the prestigious title of Master of Wine while running a thriving business.
However, the glamorous world of entrepreneurship in wine and yachting eventually became a heavy burden. The relentless pursuit of perfection, growth, and the constant stress of business ownership took its toll on my health, leading to burnout and a loss of inspiration. In 2019, I made the life-changing decision to sell my company and follow my heart—redirecting my focus to helping people.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to guiding others in finding ways to live authentic, meaningful lives while embracing the challenges that come with being human. I feel truly blessed to have made the transition from a life filled with pressure and professional dissatisfaction to one of meaning, authenticity, connection, and a deep sense of common humanity.
